MY STORY

Hi there!
My name is Elias and I'm 21 years old and I live in Sweden with my partner Alex and our dog Freya. I am currently in nursing school and on the track to graduate after the fall semester of '23. I enjoy being creative and love social media and all that it entails!

I have struggled a lot with my mental health, and I'm actually starting this blog as a way to move forward from a dark time. I am very passionate about mental health and want to educate and share my experience with it to stop the stigma around getting the help you deserve <3
